Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe stated at checkout. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier, a shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided.
Transfer of Responsibility
Responsibility for an order transfers from Outpst to the carrier once the package has been accepted by the carrier and tracking information is issued.
Outpst is responsible for:
• Correctly fulfilling the items ordered
• Proper packaging
• Generating shipping labels using the address submitted at checkout
Outpst is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays, loss, or damage once the package is in transit
• Delivery errors after carrier acceptance
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Address Accuracy & Changes
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
Address changes may be accommodated if requested before the order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier. Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, address changes are no longer possible, and Outpst is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from address errors.
Third-Party Checkout Services (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
When using third-party checkout services (including but not limited to Shop Pay), customers acknowledge that shipping information may be auto-filled or pulled from saved account data.
Outpst is not responsible for:
• Address discrepancies caused by third-party checkout services
• Incorrect, outdated, or unintended addresses submitted through these platforms
• Differences between addresses displayed to the customer and the address ultimately submitted with the order
Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered correctly fulfilled, regardless of third-party checkout display errors.
Delivered Packages
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. Outpst is not responsible for:
• Stolen packages
• Packages left unattended after delivery
• Claims of non-receipt after confirmed delivery
Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, responsibility lies with the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. Outpst will provide reasonable assistance by supplying order and tracking information upon request.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance may be offered at checkout for select orders. If insurance is purchased, claims will be handled according to the insurance provider’s terms and conditions. If insurance is not selected, Outpst is not liable for lost or damaged packages once handed off to the carrier.
