This Return & Refund Policy governs all purchases made from Outpst.co LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Returns — No Strict Time Limit

Outpst does not impose a strict return window.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may reach out at any time. All return and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Defective Products

Outpst will repair, replace, or refund products that are determined to be defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect that appears to be related to workmanship or materials, please contact:

We will evaluate the situation and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility will be determined based on the nature of the return.

• If the return is due to a confirmed defect or fulfillment error, Outpst may cover return shipping.
• For general returns, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Method

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
• Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error by Outpst

Small Batch & Limited Production

Because Outpst produces in limited runs, replacements are not guaranteed. If an item is no longer available, we may offer:

• A comparable replacement
• Store credit
• A refund

Resolution is determined case by case.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outpst’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Outpst is not responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Improper sizing selections made at checkout
• Issues arising after transfer of responsibility to the carrier (see Shipping Policy)

Good Faith Policy

Outpst reserves the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of abuse, excessive claims, or fraud.

We believe in taking care of our community — and we expect the same good faith in return.
