We design every Outpst piece to be worn, adventured in, and put through the kind of days that turn into stories. If your Outpst product needs attention, we’ll help get it back in action — no questions asked.

Free Returns — 30 Days

If your order isn’t what you expected, the sizing is off, or it just doesn’t feel right, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Lifetime Warranty

Outpst gear is made to last. If a hat or garment ever fails — whether it’s a seam, a tear, a strap, or something you accidentally did — we will repair it, replace it, or make it right.

How It Works

• Your name
• Order number (if you have it)
• A few photos of the issue
• Quick description of what happened
  

We’ll get back to you with the next steps within 48 hours.

Repairs vs Replacement

Whenever possible, we repair — because repairing beats landfills.

If a repair isn’t possible or doesn’t make sense, we’ll replace the product.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Wear and tear
• You being outside doing the things you bought the gear for
  

The only thing it doesn’t cover:

• Lost or theft
